"Good sound, but the fit and ownership situation are a bit annoying"
I ordered these headphones from HiFiMan, and overall they’re decent. The sound is good, and I do like the bigger ear cups, but the comfort is kind of hit or miss for me. After about an hour, the headband starts pressing on my head, and if I move around much, the fit feels a little loose. Also, it’s a bit frustrating trying to figure out who actually owns or handles what with the brand/site/support side of things, it’s not super clear, which doesn’t help the experience. Not a terrible pair of headphones, just not as comfortable or straightforward as I was hoping. 3 stars for me.

"Really nice design and comfy fit"
I picked up these HIFIMAN headphones mostly because, i was really into the open-back design. Seeing them in person, they actually look even better than I expected. They’re simple and clean, you know, without trying too hard or looking too flashy.

They feel light on my head, and the pads are soft enough that I can wear them for a while without getting irritated. The overall shape is kind of big, but I mean, for using them at home, that’s not really a big deal to me.

Overall, the design feels really thoughtful and practical. There’s nothing weird or overdone about them, just a solid pair of headphones that, yeah, look good and feel good too.

"Stopped working way too soon"
It seemed fine when I first got it, but after barely using it, it just quit on me. it makes me wonder if this is one of those products where the real cost comes later with replacements or some extra fix they expect you to pay for. Disappointing.

"Solid build, just a small nitpick"
Well... overall I’m happy with these headphones. They feel sturdy and look like they’re made well, and the ear pads and headband are comfortable enough for longer use. One of the hinges does feel slightly loose, but it hasn’t caused any real problems so far. Not perfect, but the build quality is still really good.

"Worth it for what I paid"
I got a pair from hifiman.com, i feel good about the purchase. I know there are more expensive options out there, but I didn’t really want to spend a ton, and these sound better than I expected for the price. Shipping was totally fine, nothing special, and getting them set up was easy. For what I paid, I think it was a solid choice, and I’d probably buy them again

"The accessories kind of let me..."
The accessories kind of let me down. The cable felt cheap right out of the box, and the pads wore out way faster than I expected. It almost feels like this part of the product got ignored, which is frustrating because the small details really do matter.

"Return was sorta slow, but the refund came through"
The return process was easy overall. The refund took sorta a few days to show up, but it did come through without any issues.

"Super quick delivery and honestly zero hassle"
I ordered from hifiman.com and was surprised by how fast it showed up. Like, I’ve had packages take forever from other places, get stuck in tracking, arrive with a crushed box, or show up with no updates at all, but this one was easy the whole way. The tracking worked, the box looked totally fine, everything inside was in good shape, and there were no weird delays, missing info, or back-and-forth with customer service. Just ordered it, got the updates, and it arrived quicker than I expected. Smooth experience overall

"Warranty helped, but it wasn’t super quick"
After a few months, my left earcup started cutting in and out, which was annoying. I reached out to Hifiman support and they asked for proof of purchase and some photos, so nothing too crazy. They approved the warranty swap, which was great, honestly. Shipping took longer than I wanted though, and I was getting kind of irritated waiting around. In the end they did fix the issue, so I’m happy with that, even if the whole thing felt a bit slow.

"The sound let me down a bit"
I was really hoping for a fuller sound, but the bass felt weak, almost like it vanished when I needed it most. And the highs got harsh way too quickly, which made listening feel a little intense in the worst possible way...

"Support was slow and not very helpful"
I don’t remember the exact day I first reached out, but I know I was already frustrated because there was an issue with my order on hifiman.com and I just wanted a straight answer.
It took a few days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt like they had skimmed my email at best. Maybe there were one or two useful lines in there, but what I mostly remember is having to repeat the same details over and over because the responses seemed copied and pasted.
After a while, I stopped keeping track of who said what because nothing really changed. The issue never felt properly fixed, and I got tired of chasing them, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again.
